At Larger Than Life USA, we stand beside Israeli families who travel to North America seeking life-saving medical treatment. Far from home and facing overwhelming challenges, these families often arrive exhausted, uncertain, and alone.
We help them feel connected and at home
Through our dedicated volunteers and caring community, we provide emotional support, transportation, meals, hospital visits, holiday celebrations, financial assistance, and a warm Hebrew-speaking network that walks with families every step of the way.
Together with Larger Than Life Israel, we also fund and support life-changing programs for children with cancer and their families including therapeutic kindergartens, Dream Trips, emotional support programs, research initiatives, and family assistance.

Access to Pediatric Oncology Specialists
Larger Than Life USA maintains a trusted network of pediatric oncology specialists and leading medical centers across the United States. When a family needs guidance, consultation, or a second opinion regarding their child's diagnosis or treatment plan, we help connect them with the right professionals and support them through the process.
Medical Translation & Interpretation
Clear communication is essential during treatment. We provide Hebrew–English translation for medical documents, forms, and records, and assist families during phone calls, hospital visits, and meetings with doctors. Our goal is to make sure parents feel informed, understood, and never alone in the room.
Professional Emotional Support
Beyond the medical treatment, children and parents often carry fear, uncertainty, and emotional stress. Larger Than Life USA helps connect families with professional emotional support including guidance for children facing anxiety and parents who need tools to cope, communicate, and support their child during treatment.
We are here to bring clarity, comfort, and a caring community to families during one of the most challenging journeys of their lives.
Dear Morit and Netta, we wanted to express our gratitude to you. Every year, Larger Than Life brings 35–40 Israeli children and teens battling cancer on a life-changing Dream Trip to Orlando.
For many of these children, life has been filled with hospital visits, treatments, uncertainty, and long periods away from friends and school. The Dream Trip gives them something every child deserves — the chance to laugh, explore, connect, and create joyful memories.
But this journey is about much more than theme parks.
It is a place where children meet others who truly understand their experiences. They form friendships that often last for years, build confidence, gain independence, and discover that they are not alone.
The participants, ages 11–18, come from diverse backgrounds across Israel. They travel without their parents and are supported every step of the way by a dedicated team of medical professionals, counselors, and volunteers. Many of the counselors are themselves cancer survivors who once participated in the Dream Trip and have returned to inspire the next generation.
For ten extraordinary days, the focus shifts from illness to possibility. From treatments to laughter. From fear to hope.
The memories, friendships, and strength they gain stay with them long after the trip ends.
